Daterra is a collection of three farms: Boa Vista, Taboues, and Franca. They function as one unit, covering a total of 216 hectares. Each part of the farms has unique characteristics like soil, sunlight, and crop varieties. They're further divided into smaller sections, each with its own agronomist overseeing operations and data logging. In total, 42 agronomists manage 560 sectors.

Daterra's engineers, drawing from their background in the automotive industry, have customized around 40 mechanical coffee pickers. They've also developed a system called UNIPAC, which accurately processes coffee based on factors like maturation level, flotation, screen size, and more.

After processing, the coffee beans go through three additional sorting machines. Special machines are designed to clean up any leftovers and gather fallen beans, maintaining the cleanliness of the UNIPAC system. Only the highest-quality coffees are branded as Daterra.

For experimental and Masterpiece lots, there's a micro mill with the ability to ferment under controlled conditions, clean, sterilize, and made from stainless steel. The warehouse also has washing channels, raised beds, and a separate drymill specifically for maintaining quality in smaller batches.
