Cherries, picked at their prime, are carefully stored in farm boxes before being sun-dried on raised beds for around 40 days. During this process, meticulous care includes regular raking and quality checks. Following a resting period, the cherries are expertly dry-milled and primed for export. It's the perfect blend of passion, precision, and people-driven success that brings you an exceptional coffee experience.

In the heart of the Las Nubes group's seven properties spanning Jinotega and Matagalpa, you'll find Las Morenitas. Acquired in 2011, this farm is dominated by the Caturra variety, representing eighty percent of its lush terrain.

What truly sets Las Morenitas apart is its commitment to its workers. They are rewarded by receiving 35% higher pay than the market rate. This ensures that the best pickers return season after season, forming an invaluable part of the farm's success.
